Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects in Fintech Services, including Digital Banking, Account Opening, and Channel Service Platform. The role emphasizes conversion projects within the Digital Banking space and requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage scope, risks, and timelines, coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, and ensure successful go-live with a focus on client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project management.
• 6+ years delivering large-scale online enterprise software deployments to enterprise customers or partnerships.
• 6+ years of project management experience including management of technical projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and drive each assigned project to successful completion.
• Assess and mitigate project issues and risks with internal and external resources.
• Schedule, install, validate and deliver products on time with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships from kickoff to go-live and beyond.
• Coach and mentor other Project Managers in Implementation Services.
