Job summary
Synthesia is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to join the Enterprise team. You will land and expand Enterprise logos (1k–20k employees) in Germany, speaking native-level German and engaging with clients across the DACH region. You will drive ARR, build pipelines, and forecast revenue while collaborating with Customer Success.

Qualifications
- Experience in b2b SaaS sales, landing and expanding logos with 1k–20k employees.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience into new accounts with product demos in value-based sales.
- Identify client pain points and craft ROI-focused value propositions.
- Experience in MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- Strong business acumen with examples of building value and champions.
Responsibilities
- Drive ARR by landing and expanding Enterprise customers in the DACH region.
- Maintain a robust pipeline through direct and teamed prospecting.
- Forecast accurately and deliver quarterly revenue targets; implement account plans.
- Develop subject matter expertise on AI-video to transform client communications.
- Collaborate with Customer Success on adoption, retention, and expansion.
