Job summary

Asure Software in Tampa, FL is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to generate new business opportunities and grow relationships across our HCM portfolio. You will combine outbound prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and pipeline management to drive revenue in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; demonstrated ability, initiative, and potential.
• 1–2+ years of quota-driven B2B sales, SaaS sales, HCM, HR technology, recruiting tech, advertising sales, marketing, or consultative selling experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.
• Experience using virtual selling tools like Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, SalesLoft, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, inbound inquiries, referrals, and business development activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social selling, and other channels to generate new opportunities.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries, web leads, and existing customer requests.
• Develop proposals, present pricing, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline for forecasting.
