Campspot is hiring a Software Customer Support Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI. You will assist software customers and campground staff via calls, email, and chat, becoming proficient in the Campspot reservation system.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to work within evenings, weekends, and holidays. This hybrid position offers a starting base salary around $45k with solid benefits, including health and retirement options, and a focus on client

Responsabilidades

• Assist software customers during scheduled support hours.
• Collaborate with campground staff via calls, email, chat, or remote support.
• Demonstrate Campspot reservation software to partners as needed.
• Guide customers through issues with a high level of technical ability.
• Support partners during evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
