Job summary

LHH in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced call center during the holiday peak season. You will handle inbound calls, assist with orders, and ensure accurate data entry while resolving customer questions.

Paid training is provided; overtime and evenings/weekends may be required during busy periods. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, EAP, commuter benefits and paid leave where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or data entry preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling multiple systems and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with order placement.
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
• Process returns, credits, and account inquiries.
• Review order information for accuracy and use training materials for information.
• Support additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
