Job summary

Ncontracts, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to create and maintain learning content, knowledge base articles, and customer communications that drive adoption and value of our risk-management platform.

You will partner with the Senior Customer Enablement Specialist and Digital Enablement Strategist to deliver LMS and knowledge base updates, craft engaging instructional content, and support product launches and ongoing lifecycle communications for

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a customer enablement, technical writing, content creation, or customer success environment within a SaaS organization.
Strong written communication skills and ability to produce customer-facing content across formats.
Experience creating instructional or educational content (KB articles, how-to guides, e-learning).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Cross-functional collaboration with product, CS Ops, and marketing.

Responsibilities

LMS Content Creation & Maintenance: create and maintain courses, learning paths, and certifications in Skilljar.
Write knowledge base articles, how-tos, and troubleshooting content in Gainsight.
Support community content in Gainsight community platform and align with digital strategy.
Assist in launch communications and ongoing lifecycle communications.
Collaborate with senior specialists to ensure content alignment with product releases.
