Job summary
Epicor is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer for Manufacturing to support the sales team with in-depth product knowledge and demonstration delivery. You will document processes, analyze workflows in manufacturing, distribution, or accounting, and act as the technical liaison between sales and customers.
The role involves collaboration with Product Managers on potential product development and hosting customer webinars.
Qualifications
- Presales ERP experience within the ERP industry or equivalent ERP operations.
- Experience supporting direct and channel sales.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance.
- Proven ability to deliver customer presentations and demos.
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, Netsuite or VARs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations with the Sales team.
- Document processes and provide workflow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, or accounting.
- Serve as a technical resource and liaison between sales and customer.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
- Help conduct customer or prospect webinars.
- Travel 50% domestically.
