Job summary

Evercam is seeking a Contract Specialist to join its Compliance team in a remote capacity. The role focuses on SaaS agreements within the ConTech space, negotiating with customers’ legal teams and managing contract lifecycles from NDAs to terminations.

The candidate should read dense legal language, spot risks, and align contracts with US standards while supporting cross-functional stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in contract administration or paralegal roles with SaaS drafting

Qualifications

2+ years in contract administration, legal ops or paralegal roles drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts.
Ability to read dense legal language and identify business risks.
Strong written and verbal negotiation skills with experience on US standards.
Experience with construction/ConTech contracts is highly preferred.
Must align with US EST business hours and English fluent communication.

Responsibilities

End-to-end contract management: draft, review, redline, and manage NDAs, MSAs, EAs, SOWs, vendor and subcontractor agreements.
Risk mitigation: identify high-risk clauses and propose commercially viable alternatives.
Direct negotiation: engage with customers' legal counsel to close deals efficiently.
SaaS & ConTech alignment: ensure licenses and terms protect proprietary tech.
Contract lifecycle & compliance: track obligations, renewals, expiries, and insurances.
Cross-functional collaboration: partner with internal teams and MDs on commercial strategy.
Administrative support: manage inquiries and coordinate insurance/documents as needed.
