Job summary

Invoca, a leader in revenue operations, seeks a Contract Specialist to support day-to-day contracting under the Legal team. You will prepare, review, and process customer and vendor agreements, manage templates, and keep the contract system accurate to help Sales move deals efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career in contracts or legal operations with SaaS experience, based in the U.S. and working on-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or paralegal roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS terms such as subscriptions, order forms, and SLAs.
• Experience with CLM tools (Ironclad) and e-sign platforms (DocuSign).
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree; a paralegal certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate standard contracts, order forms, NDAs, and amendments from approved templates.
• Review incoming contracts and flag non-standard terms for escalation.
• Route contracts through approvals (Legal, Finance, Security, Deal Desk) and track status.
• Manage contract execution via e-signature and file fully executed agreements.
• Maintain contract repository with metadata including dates, pricing, and obligations.
• Respond to internal requests for contract lookups, summaries, or status updates.
• Support privacy and security documentation requests under Legal guidance.
• Help update templates, clause libraries, and AI terms.
• Identify process inefficiencies and help speed contracting.
• Assist with audits, due diligence, or migrations.
