Job summary

Invoca is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support day-to-day contracting operations. You will prepare, review, and process customer and vendor agreements, keeping contract systems accurate and up to date to help Sales and Legal move deals efficiently.

You will handle templates, redlines, approvals, and e-signatures, while maintaining the repository and playing a key role in data privacy documentation and AI-related terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
• Experience with contract administration, legal operations, sales operations, or paralegal work (1+ years).
• Familiarity with SaaS terms such as subscriptions, orders, and SLAs is a plus.
• Experience with CLM tools (Ironclad) and e-signature platforms (DocuSign) preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes and deadlines.
• Strong written communication and service orientation when working with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate standard contracts, order forms, NDAs, and amendments from templates.
• Perform first-pass review of incoming contracts and flag deviations for escalation.
• Route contracts through internal review workflows and track status to keep deals on schedule.
• Manage contract execution via e-signature platforms and file fully executed agreements.
• Maintain contract repository with metadata, renewals, pricing, and obligations.
• Respond to internal requests for contract lookups, summaries, or status updates.
• Support data privacy and security documentation requests (DPAs, security questionnaires).
• Help update contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks, including AI terms.
