Job summary

Superhuman in the San Francisco Bay Area offers a dynamic hybrid role as a Legal Analyst. You will be the early point of contact for commercial contracts, helping Sales and go-to-market teams move quickly while protecting the company, and you will work closely with senior counsel to review, draft, and turnaround NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs.

This role emphasizes learning contract review, risk assessment, and building templates, with exposure to CLM and AI-assisted tools, requiring 1–3 years

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs; eager to deepen knowledge.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

Serve as early contact for contract requests from Sales and teams.
Review, draft, and help negotiate standard customer agreements (NDAs, SOWs, MSAs).
Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product to structure deals.
Ensure agreements align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate contract data in CLM and keep records audit-ready.
Contribute to templates, playbooks, and self-service resources.
Support Legal Operations in using CLM and AI-assisted review.
