Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs; eager to deepen knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation.

The Opportunity

As a Legal Analyst, you will support the Legal team as an early point of contact for our sell-side commercial contracting, helping Sales and go-to-market teams move quickly while protecting the company. You will partner closely with senior counsel to review, draft, and turn around customer agreements such as NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and Master Services Agreements, learning the craft of contract review and risk assessment as you grow. This is a chance to build deep commercial-contracts expertise early in your career on a team that treats legal as an enabler of the business.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as an early point of contact for incoming contract requests from Sales and other business teams, triaging and prioritizing a high volume of daily inquiries.

• Review, draft, and help negotiate standard customer agreements, including NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and Master Services Agreements, escalating complex or non-standard terms to senior counsel.

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Security, and Product to structure deals and resolve routine contract questions.

• Help keep agreements consistent with company policies, playbooks, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security terms.

• Maintain accurate records and contract data in our contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, keeping correspondence and documentation organized and audit-ready.

• Contribute to the team’s templates, playbooks, and self-service resources, and help improve the workflows that let Legal and the business scale together.

• Support the Legal Operations function in getting the most out of our tools, including CLM and AI-assisted contract review, and pitch in on team projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Has 1-3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts, in-house or at a law firm; SaaS or technology experience a plus.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Has familiarity with common customer-agreement types such as NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs, and an eagerness to deepen that knowledge.

• Brings care and craft to detailed work: organized, process-minded, and thorough with documentation and data.

• Communicates clearly and with empathy in writing and conversation, and builds trusting relationships with colleagues across functions.

• Applies first-principles thinking to understand why terms matter, and has good judgment about when to make a call and when to elevate.

• Has an aptitude for and interest in technology, including comfort with AI tools.

• Approaches change with grit and a sense of humor, and is glad to dive into unfamiliar areas where no task is too big or too small.
