Job summary

Rho, the modern banking platform, is seeking a Client Engagement Manager in San Francisco to guide clients through onboarding and drive adoption of our product suite.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Sales and Engineering to tailor implementations, provide training, capture feedback, and continuously improve processes, ensuring a positive client experience and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met.
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure effective use of the company’s products.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Facilitate the adoption of Rho products and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams for smooth transitions.
• Work with Product and Engineering to address customer issues and suggest improvements.
• Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and best practices.
