Job summary

Rho is hiring for an implementation-focused role that guides customers through onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our startup-focused banking platform. You will manage projects end-to-end, train clients on products, and gather feedback to improve processes.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role in SaaS/B2B preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Provide training and support to clients on products and services.
• Gather client and internal feedback to identify process improvements.
• Act as primary client contact during implementation, communicating status and concerns.
• Facilitate adoption of Rho products and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams for smooth transitions.
• Work with Product and Engineering to address client issues and suggest improvements.
• Assist in developing implementation processes and best practices.
