Job summary

Rho is the modern banking platform. The Client Engagement Manager will guide clients through onboarding and implementation of banking, expense management, and accounting solutions, working with operations and product teams to improve processes and launches.

You will manage projects end-to-end, provide training, collect feedback, and drive adoption to ensure a positive client experience and successful outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role in a fast-paced SaaS/B2B environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset and continuous improvement ethos.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met.
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use the company’s products and services effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase and communicate project status to ensure a positive client experience.
• Facilitate the adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and suggest product improvements.
• Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and best practices.
