Job summary

Rho, the modern banking platform built for startups, is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to guide clients through onboarding and implementation of banking, expense management and accounting integrations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure successful implementations, drive adoption, and improve processes. The role requires strong communication, project management and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, B2B environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong client relationship building and commitment to customer service.
• Strong analytical skills and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met.
• Provide training and support to clients as needed to ensure they are fully equipped to use the company’s products and services effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. Communicate project status, address client concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Facilitate the adoption of Rho products, driving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous support.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and suggest product improvements.
• Assist in developing and refining implementation processes and best practices.
