You will use Claude AI to speed up documentation and data entry, partnering across HealthEquity to maintain accurate attributes and support rationalization decisions.

Responsabilités

• Guiding SaaS requests through Finance, Cybersecurity, and IT approvals
• Acting as interim technical owner for SaaS apps without admins
• Ensuring catalog entries meet minimum tech requirements (SSO, vendor support)
• Maintaining accurate catalog attributes and documenting evaluation decisions
• Collaborating with IT, Security, Procurement and business teams to share information
• Using Claude AI to speed up documentation, analysis and workflows
• Leading a two-person team without direct reporting authority
• Turning loosely defined work into clear, repeatable procedures
