HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking an Applications Admin III to own its SaaS catalog and enforce minimum technical and security requirements.

You will coordinate a small two-person team, partner with IT, Information Security, Procurement, and business teams, and ensure accurate catalog data while driving repeatable evaluation procedures. You will also use AI tools such as Claude to speed up documentation and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Guiding SaaS requests through Finance, Cybersecurity, IT approvals and Technology Review Board review.
• Assessing technical fit at the IT checkpoint with existing systems and SSO support.
• Preparing input on technical ownership and implementation needs for decisions.
• Serving as interim technical owner for SaaS applications lacking a dedicated administrator.
