Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a role that owns the SaaS application catalog, ensuring consistency, visibility, and compliance across the organization. You will manage evaluations, uphold standards, and assess SSO readiness while coordinating a two-person team without direct reporting lines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT operations or project management, hands-on SaaS experience, and CMDB familiarity. We value collaboration, process thinking, and openness to AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications and SSO setup.
• Experience maintaining an application inventory or CMDB.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in project management, IT operations, or application administration.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications, SSO setup, and maintaining an application inventory or CMDB.
• Strong procedural thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, plus willingness to use AI tools like Claude daily.
