The role involves evaluating and promoting new applications, managing SaaS access and lifecycle, and developing documentation and automation to improve efficiency and governance. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of SaaS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating SaaS applications.
• Experience with access management and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve existing workflows, and support the development of future-state processes across the organization.
• Evaluate, promote, and implement new applications and technologies that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple software vendors and internal teams to manage application access, user provisioning, and account lifecycle processes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documentation, process guides, automation documentation, and system topology materials in partnership with various teams.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline application upgrades, integrations, and recurring administrative processes.
• Own and administer the organization's SaaS Management platform, ensuring applications are properly managed, monitored, and maintained.
• Help oversee the organization's SaaS application portfolio, with a focus on security, access management, automation, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions to identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
