HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Cyber Defense & SaaS Security to own the SaaS security program end-to-end while acting as the onsite Cyber Defense representative on the SOC floor.

The role balances hands-on security tooling with real-time coordination during business hours, including incident response and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience with SaaS/cloud/app security focus.
• Experience with SSPM/CASB tooling and SaaS security operations.

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS Security end-to-end: tooling strategy, deployment, and administration (SSPM, CASB, OAuth risk).
• Identify and track risks across HealthEquity's SaaS footprint and misconfigurations.
• Build and tune detections for SaaS-based attack techniques with Threat Detection and Hunting.
• Represent SaaS Security in audits and vendor risk assessments as needed.
• Direct Cyber Defense contractor and manage on-site SOC floor coordination.
