Constellation Financial Software (CFS) is seeking a senior Business Analyst to deliver client-facing professional services for our software product clients. The role is 80% billable consulting and 20% internal support, with strong emphasis on requirements gathering, BRD/Use Case creation, and solution design.

Ideal candidates will independently lead workshops, translate business needs into actionable specs, and serve as the primary client contact in virtual engagements.

Qualifications

• BAs lead structured requirements elicitation using interviews, workshops, and observation.
• Must produce BRDs, Functional Specs, Use Cases, and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience with gap analysis and root-cause analysis with trade-off documentation.
• SDLC knowledge; experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and waterfall delivery.
• Proven ability to lead UAT, write test scenarios, and coordinate defect tracking.
• Experience with data analysis related to integrations, data migration, or reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead virtual requirements-gathering sessions with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Elicit, document, validate business requirements and create formal deliverables.
• Conduct current-state and future-state analyses; identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate UAT planning and execution; manage scope and document impact.
• Serve as primary client liaison; present findings to clients and teams.
• Triage client tickets; document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base.
• Identify patterns for product improvements and training gaps.
