Job summary

Lessen, a tech-enabled property services company, is seeking a Video & Motion Designer to join the Brand team in Marketing. You will helm projects from concept to finished piece, shaping brand and product storytelling across films, demos, social videos, and campaigns.

You'll work closely with Brand, Product Design, and Creative teams to translate complex SaaS/AI concepts into visually engaging narratives, often using Figma assets and AI-assisted workflows to craft polished motion content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, video production, multimedia design, or related creative discipline.
• A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating sophisticated motion graphics, editing, visual storytelling, and digital video work.
• B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise technology experience is preferred.
• Strong command of animation principles, pacing, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
• Proficiency with Figma, including navigating product design files and preparing screens for animation.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, edit, and produce video content across the Lessen brand, including brand storytelling, campaigns, product launches, and social content.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated data visualizations, and branded visual systems.
• Work directly with product UI in Figma to adapt screens for storytelling and animation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and other teams to translate business goals into strong creative concepts.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and treatments; translate complex SaaS and property-operations concepts into clear visuals.
