Job summary

Hooked CRM is seeking a Graphic Designer / Product Designer to shape the visual direction of our SaaS platform, marketing campaigns, product demos, website experiences, and overall brand.

This role will collaborate with marketing, paid media, product, and development teams to maintain a modern, high-quality visual identity across customer touchpoints through brand design, UI concepts, motion graphics, and videos.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating modern, clean, product-focused work.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for SaaS, software, or product-led companies is preferred.
• Experience creating motion graphics and product animations.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or strong portfolio with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for web, social, ads, sales materials, and presentations.
• Create motion graphics, product animations, and video explainers.
• Turn product updates into engaging visuals with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and product teams for campaigns.
• Ensure branding is consistent across all customer touchpoints.
• Contribute to UI concepts and design system improvements.
