Job summary

Macroscope Inc. is hiring a Brand & Motion Designer to own how we show up in the world. You’ll craft launch videos, social content, and end-to-end motion assets, collaborating with founders and the growth marketer to scale visual craft with product velocity.

You’ll own storytelling from concept to publish, combining animation, editing, and design with an eye for AI-assisted workflows. This is a full-time, in-house role at our startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in brand, motion, or video design with ships to show for it.
• Full-stack creative: animation, editing, design tools, and code-driven video like Remotion.

Responsibilities

• Own visual marketing output: UI motion graphics, social video, and ad materials.
• Turn product updates into meaningful content; proactively find stories.
• Balance high production value launches with ongoing social video cadence.
• Build and own motion pipeline with coding agents/tools to scale with product velocity.
• Evolve and maintain the brand across all surfaces.
