Remote is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist (SaaS Billing) to support end-to-end billing, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation for multiple business units. Qualifications

• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial role with SaaS billing.
• Strong SaaS billing knowledge and payment processing understanding.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Zuora SuiteBilling, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations: generate, review, issue, modify, and terminate invoices and subscriptions.
• Create subscriptions, sales orders, and estimates; import billing files; process adjustments, refunds, and credits.
• Maintain billing systems in NetSuite and Zuora SuiteBilling and troubleshoot payment issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts, billing records, and payment transactions.
• Support accounts receivable processes and follow-up on aging and dunning notices.
• Provide responsive customer support on invoices, payments, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and regulatory compliance.
