We are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage billing operations, ensure accurate invoicing, and drive timely collections in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience.
• Familiarity with subscription-based service contracts.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Maxio and Avalara preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, LOOKUP formulas, PivotTables and SUMIF.

• Manage the shared billing inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate customer billing setup, vendor forms, and maintain billing contacts.
• Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and manage collections with proactive follow-up and escalation.

Job description

• Manage the shared billing inbox, respond to internal and external customer inquiries, and monitor Slack channels.
• Coordinate customer billing setup, vendor forms, and maintain up-to-date billing contacts.
• Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and manage collections with proactive follow-up and escalation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience, with familiarity in subscription-based service contracts.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Maxio, and Avalara is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, LOOKUP functions, PivotTables, and SUMIF.
• Base salary range of 55,000 to 75,000 CAD, with individual pay determined by skills, experience, and education.
