Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support end-to-end quote-to-order and billing for our SaaS products and services. You will manage billing, order management, and contract activities across subscription, support, professional services, and perpetual software offerings.

The role partners with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing for customers and partners worldwide, with hybrid in-office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Experience handling SaaS billing, A/P or A/R.
• Proficient in Zuora Billing and Salesforce.
• Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and convert quotes to orders for channel and direct accounts.
• Process subscriptions, support, one-time software, and professional services end-to-end.
• Work across billing systems (Salesforce, Zuora, OMS).
• Ensure compliance with partner agreements and usage reports.
• Back-up renewal and international teams as needed; assist with analytics.
• Support cross-training and new employee training.
