Jobgether is seeking a billing professional to own end-to-end SaaS billing operations, including invoicing, subscriptions, and payments. The role collaborates across Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate billing and timely customer support. A strong analytics mindset and detail-oriented approach are essential.

Remote-friendly with occasional in-person coordination, the position offers competitive CAD compensation and benefits. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred.

• Professional experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial role.
• Strong SaaS billing knowledge and familiarity with ERP/GL concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel, NetSuite, and Zuora SuiteBilling.
• Analytical mindset with ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with collaborative approach.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end billing operations: generate, review, issue, modify, and terminate invoices and subscriptions.
• Administer subscriptions and transactions: create subscriptions, imports, adjustments, refunds, and payment applications.
• Maintain billing systems: update NetSuite and Zuora SuiteBilling and handle access changes after cancellations.
• Reconcile accounts and financial data; investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Support accounts receivable processes and follow-up with dunning notices.
• Deliver responsive customer support on invoices, payments, disputes, and account adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve billing issues and implement changes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and compliance in billing processes.
