Job summary

Coreforce is seeking a Staff Accountant specializing in Quote to Cash to join our Atlanta-based hybrid team. You will own revenue recognition, billing, and close processes, ensuring contracts and orders are accurately reflected in NetSuite and our ERP.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance with 5+ years in accounting, ideally in SaaS with ASC 606. CPA desirable but not required; you will partner with Sales and Client Success to support compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or CPA-candidate desirable but not required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including revenue and ASC 606.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate order entry by validating CRM-to-NetSuite transfers.
• Create billing schedules for new orders per client terms.
• Schedule revenue recognition on order entry and run monthly close.
• Lead monthly revenue reviews and analyze revenue movements.
• Update revenue and other metrics using revenue analysis.
• Prepare unbilled AR and deferred revenue reconciliations and address issues.
• Collaborate with Client Success & Sales Ops to maintain client and order data in ERP.
• Review quotes before sending to clients for accuracy.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure invoice accuracy and update sales orders as needed.
• Assist in sales tax reporting and returns preparation.
• Maintain standard operating manuals and process narratives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with annual interim and year-end audit.
• Other duties as assigned.
