Job summary

Repsly is seeking a Revenue Accountant in Boston, MA, a high-ownership role with direct mentorship from finance leadership. You will own Accounts Receivable, billing systems (Chargebee) end to end, manage customer communications, and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, building a strong foundation for your accounting career and advancing toward senior roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting or AR, SaaS or subscription billing experience required.
• Hands-on with a subscription billing platform and core accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills and openness to leveraging AI in processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR processes including invoicing, payments, and cash application.
• Own Chargebee configuration, billing schedules, dunning, and proration.
• Handle external customer billing communications and inquiries.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AR, deferred revenue, and related GL accounts.
• Support month-end close and respond to audit requests.
