Job summary

IT1, a leading national technology solution provider, seeks a Senior Cloud Licensing Specialist to join the Consulting team in managing CSP licensing for clients. You will guide presales, post-sales, and ongoing support, coordinating with Sales, Billing, and Cloud Services to ensure accurate licensing and renewals.

The role requires Microsoft cloud licensing expertise, CSP experience, and proficiency with Partner Center, Azure Cost Manager, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft cloud licensing experience.
• Deep knowledge of CSP programs and products like Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with licensing models (EA, SCE, MACC, MPSA).
• Proficient with Partner Center, Azure Cost Manager and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate licensing concepts to business terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud licensing guidance on presales and post-sales engagements.
• Onboard clients to CSP program and manage subscriptions and renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities in key solution areas to drive growth.
• Maintain CSP process docs, templates, and client communications.
