Lattice is expanding its Account Executive team in the United States. You will manage high-velocity SaaS deals, act as a trusted advisor, and guide customers through discovery, evaluation, and renewal processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, upsell opportunities, and exceptional customer experiences while meeting quarterly targets and shaping the future of our sales organization.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of SaaS full-cycle closing experience.
• Proven track record in generating new business and surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business acquisitions to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
• Prospect and engage cold accounts to contribute to targets.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify customer challenges and goals.
• Showcase knowledge of Lattice products and industry positioning.
• Own strategic contract renewals and mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to upsell and cross-sell.
