Job summary

BambooHR is seeking an Account Executive - Product Add-ons in Utah with hybrid work requirements. You will drive multi-product add-on sales, including Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Tracking, to new and existing customers, collaborating with AEs and AEEs through discovery and demos.

You’ll deliver expert-led demonstrations, build business cases, and guide customers from discovery to closing, balancing acquisition with expansion in a recurring-revenue model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with consultative selling in SaaS or tech.
• Ability to manage multiple product lines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-product add-ons (Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time Tracking).
• Support deals with AEs and AEEs through discovery, demos, and execution.
• Lead product demonstrations translating complex features to business value.
• Identify and create opportunities in existing and new accounts.
