BambooHR is seeking a Client Support Specialist for our Payroll Product in Utah. This hybrid role requires regular in-office days and involves supporting our payroll software for small and medium businesses across industries.

You’ll troubleshoot, guide clients through deductions and benefits, and help integrate the product into their workflows. You will engage with clients via phone and email, research solutions to complex payroll questions, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for clients using our payroll software.
• Explain deductions, garnishments, and payroll processes with clear guidance.
• Research solutions to client questions and troubleshoot payroll issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers that love our software.
• Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, the BambooHR payroll software, etc. (if you don’t already know this, we’ll teach you!).
• Research solutions to challenging problems our clients face
• Help clients integrate and utilize the software in the best way possible
• Do your best, focused work, Monday through Friday (no weekends!)
