HP is seeking a Value Chain Process Engineer – Source to Pay in the United States to shape transformation agendas by combining process excellence, digital capability, and benchmarking. You will act as a trusted advisor to business and digital leaders, ensuring investments align with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in leading Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance Operations, or Digital Transformation organizations.
• Deep hands-on experience in Source to Pay transformation.
• Proven experience redesigning workflows.
• Experience implementing automation, AI/ML, analytics, or ERP platforms in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Workflow Redesign (AI as a Coworker): Redesign Source to Pay workflows with AI assistance.
• Eliminate Before Automate: Lead waste elimination across S2P and remove redundant steps.
• Simplify Before Layering Technology: Standardize S2P processes before AI or automation.
• Intentional AI Deployment (and Non-Deployment): Define criteria for deterministic automation, AI-assisted decisioning, or human-only decisions.
• Deep Source to Pay Expertise: Own processes from Supplier Strategy to Payment, with governance and compliance.
• Strategic Partnership & Governance: Partner with Global Process Owners to redefine S2P maturity in an AI-enabled enterprise.
• Value Realization & Measurable Impact: Define indicators like cycle time, touchless transactions, and working capital impact.
