Job summary

HP is seeking a Value Chain Process Engineer for Hire-to-Retire to shape transformation agendas across the employee lifecycle by combining process excellence, digital capability, and industry benchmarking to define best-in-class HR processes.

The role partners with HR, Digital and business leaders to advise on strategic investments, driving a process-led, AI-enabled organization and redesigning workflows across the full employee lifecycle with a focus on intelligent automation and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years leading Human Resources organizations and broad HR transformation experience.
• Proven ability to redesign workflows and drive automation/AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent workforce workflow redesign and AI augmentation of HR processes.
• Eliminate waste and simplify complex Hire-to-Retire workflows.
• Standardize HR processes globally before automation or AI deployment.
• Define AI deployment where it meaningfully improves HR outcomes.
• Develop deep Hire-to-Retire expertise across lifecycle areas.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and HR leadership on governance.
