Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Source-to-Pay initiatives as SME, partnering with Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services to improve compliance, efficiency, and payment accuracy across North America.

You will drive AP transformation projects from business case through execution, champion automation with dashboards and workflow tools, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance/accounting/procurement role.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives (e.g., root‑cause analysis, KPI tracking, control improvements).
• Advanced Excel skills required (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, macros).
• Experience designing automation using Power BI (data model + DAX), Power Apps/Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, DocuSign.
• Experience working in SAP or another ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during escalations and critical vendor issue resolution.
• Serve as SME/Project Lead for AP and S2P transformation projects from business case development through execution and benefit realization.
• Champion automation solutions that improve Payables performance (dashboards, reporting, workflow automation).
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve working capital from a payables perspective.
• Provide oversight and reporting for internal/external audit reviews of payables.
• Drive other initiatives to support Payables operations and continuous improvement.
