Job summary

Epic Games is seeking a procurement leader in Cary to own the Source-to-Pay technology stack and drive continuous improvements across S2P workflows. You will manage a lean team and collaborate with global partners to optimize sourcing, purchasing, contracting, and invoicing processes.

The role requires deep S2P expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and excellent communication to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a procurement-focused role with hands-on experience administering procurement/S2P systems as SME or admin.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes including sourcing, purchasing, contracting, invoicing/accounts payable, and experience optimizing procurement tech platforms (Coupa preferred).
• Experience building enablement programs to help users adopt business systems and processes.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical details into clear guidance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as business owner and administrator of Epic's S2P technology stack, including multiple tools.
• Continuously improve and simplify S2P tools and workflows to reduce friction and increase usability for end users.
• Gather feedback to identify friction points and design solutions across the S2P landscape.
• Lead and develop a lean team of direct reports and contractors, supporting career growth.
• Stay current on S2P tech trends and advise leadership on risks and investments.
