Our team includes experts in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and procurement technology. Together we are responsible for supporting all global business units to achieve corporate objectives.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for ensuring Epic's Source-to-Pay tools and processes work efficiently and effectively for every user, from business end users submitting a request to functional experts in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal, and Finance. In this role, you will

  • Continuously improve and simplify Epic's S2P tools and workflows, reducing friction and ambiguity while increasing functionality and usability to make those tools and workflows intuitive for business end users and functional teams
  • Gather and act on feedback to identify friction points, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and deliver solutions across the S2P technology landscape
  • Lead and develop a lean team of direct reports and contractors, building their skills and supporting their career growth while modeling strong hands‑on execution
  • Stay current on S2P technology trends and best practices, advising leadership on tool performance, risks, and investment priorities
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years’ experience in a procurement-focused role, with hands‑on technical experience administering procurement/S2P systems as a subject matter expert or system administrator
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end S2P processes including sourcing, purchasing, contracting, and invoicing/accounts payable, and experience optimizing procurement technology platforms (prior Coupa experience is preferred but not required)
  • Experience building or delivering on enablement programs that help users adopt and effectively use business systems and processes
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or process details into clear, user‑friendly guidance
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous priorities with strong organization and problem‑solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
