Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement Operations & Systems to spearhead a global modernization of our indirect procurement, delivering a digitized Source-to-Pay experience. Qualifications

15+ years in Procurement, Finance, or Digital Transformation.
6+ years leading strategic systems or process architecture.
Technical mastery in PR systems, vendor onboarding, and CLM (Coupa, DocuSign, Apex).
Exceptional cross-functional leadership across IT, Finance, and Legal.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

Digital Orchestration & S2P Simplification: Deploy a unified portal for all S2P requests and automate PR creation logic.
Strategic System Integration: Drive connectivity across Coupa PR, Apex, and DocuSign CLM for guided buying and contract collaboration.
Capability Modernization: Modernize tail-spend management with automated quoting and Buy and Pay channels.
Governance & Enterprise Leadership: Lead NVIDIA tech integration within procurement and manage the modernization portfolio.
