Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a leader to define and execute the Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy, enabling an AI-enabled future. You will guide a team of S2P admins, own the Coupa platform, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and business leaders to deliver automated, compliant procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement operations or procurement technology with S2P transformation.
• Functional ownership experience with Coupa/Procure-to-Pay software such as Coupa, Workday, SAP, Ariba.
• Experience applying or piloting AI/automation in S2P with clear human-in-the-loop.
• Leadership of technical teams such as system admins or business analysts.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional adoption of changes.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and roadmaps delivering measurable results.
• Strong procurement process knowledge and contracting experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement a multi-year S2P strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of S2P system administrators.
• Act as functional owner of Nordstrom's S2P platform including roadmap and AI capabilities.
• Identify AI/automation use cases across S2P and guide build/selection decisions.
• Advise VP-level leadership and align priorities across Finance and the enterprise.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve S2P efficiency and controls.
• Own S2P operational priorities and process workflows end-to-end.
• Lead change management and training for new tools and processes.
• Develop reporting and insights on procurement metrics and performance.
• Evaluate emerging S2P/AI tech and advise on build/buy/partner decisions.
• Own controls for the S2P system and processes.
