Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Source to Pay (S2P) Technology to lead enterprise-level procurement technology transformations. The role spans governance, data, and AI architecture with collaboration across indirect supply chain, real estate, and executive teams.

You will influence technology choices, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive end-to-end procurement process design enabled by modern platforms and integrations. Occasional travel to various sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management including cost, schedule and technical management.
• 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or IT tool development.
• 5+ years of experience architecting software systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of solution owners to enable and deliver technical solutions using project management, security-minded design, and change management.
• Partners with Indirect Supply Chain leadership to translate business changes into technology, data, and AI enablement.
• Motivates resources from stakeholders to deploy new implementations and enhancements.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends to refine the technology roadmap.
• Articulates business value of delivery and manages a value/cost business plan.
