Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Step into the S&OP Analyst role in Troy, MI. You will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, integrate demand and supply planning, and present KPI dashboards to leadership, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

You will work with OEMs, commercial teams, and cross-functional partners to align material availability with business goals. Must have a Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain and 3 years in automotive supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3 years of automotive industry experience in supply chain management.
Organized with strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to solve complex customer and supplier issues.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS; interpret data sets and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Plan and drive monthly S&OP cycles, develop demand forecast, integrate supply planning.
Analyze supply/demand gaps and propose actions to close imbalances.
Monitor inventory health and prepare plans for warehouses and on-time delivery.
Prepare and present KPI reports and financial impact assessments for S&OP.
Provide S&OP support to OEMs and coordinate with Commercial Team on escalations.
Support daily order processing and ensure timely material availability.
