Job summary

Iberia Foods, a leading Caribbean and Latino food distributor in the United States, seeks an FP&A Analyst to strengthen budgeting, forecasting, and financial insight. You will build complex financial models, prepare detailed reports and dashboards, and partner with operations, sales, and accounting to drive performance.

Proficiency in Excel and planning tools (Anaplan/Hyperion) and ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Good communication and collaboration across teams.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software (Anaplan, Hyperion).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast and explain variances.
Collaborate with departments to gather data and ensure accurate planning.
Assist in annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects to support strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in FP&A.
Contribute to development of financial reporting tools.
