Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an experienced S&OP leader to oversee integrated planning across demand, supply, inventory, and revenue domains for vehicle components and related solutions. The role focuses on aligning customer needs with manufacturing capacity, logistics, and supplier collaboration to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in automotive/electronics/manufacturing environments preferred.
• 5 years of people management experience in S&OP or supply chain roles.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the S&OP function to align demand, materials, capacity, and business objectives.
• Develop and oversee demand, supply, inventory, and revenue planning across multiple horizons.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, plants, warehousing, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to support service excellence and issue resolution.
• Direct material planning and fulfillment with third-party warehouse operations.
• Oversee supply chain support for multiple OEM customers and material movements.
• Lead procurement activities for production materials and manage supplier relations.
• Monitor shipment planning, air freight, and delivery performance; ensure documentation compliance.
• Develop contingency plans for shortages and disruptions; drive continuous improvement.
