Job summary

LG Electronics in Troy, Alabama is seeking a seasoned S&OP leader to drive demand, supply, inventory, and revenue planning for Vehicle Solutions. You will align cross-functional teams and executive priorities to ensure production readiness and customer satisfaction.

The role anchors collaboration with customers, OEMs, manufacturing plants, and logistics providers, leading process improvements, risk mitigation, and performance reporting to strengthen LG’s global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in people management in S&OP/supply chain in automotive/electronics/manufacturing with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
• Organized and detail-focused in communications and process documentation.
• Ability to solve complex vendor, customer, and supply issues to drive solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS; translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP to align demand, materials, capacity and business objectives.
• Develop and oversee demand, supply, inventory, and revenue planning across horizons.
• Liaise between customers, plants, warehouses, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Direct procurement activities for production materials and components; issue POs.
• Oversee shipment planning and logistics, including PPAP and expedited freight when needed.
• Drive forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performance.
