LG Electronics North America is seeking an experienced S&OP leader to drive demand and supply planning for vehicle components. You will align customer requirements with production capacity, manage materials, and coordinate with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of people management in supply chain/S&OP, with strong ERP/MRP/WMS and MS Office skills. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of people management experience in S&OP/SC in automotive/electronics/manufacturing with OEMs/Tier-1.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex supplier, vendor, and logistics issues.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP/WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage S&OP functions aligning demand with supply.
• Develop demand, supply, inventory, and revenue plans across horizons.
• Coordinate between customers, plants, warehouses and internal teams.
• Communicate with customers to ensure service excellence.
• Direct material planning and fulfillment through third-party warehouses.
• Oversee supply chain for multiple OEM customers.
• Lead procurement and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor logistics performance and shipment tracking.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization.
