Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or economics.
• Minimum of eight years of professional finance experience.
• Fluency in English and Korean, conversational or higher level is desirable to interpret laws and regulations in US and Korea.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market and industry insights into strategic plans and growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of B2B manufacturing drivers including pricing, profitability, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide market and business intelligence on automotive and EV industry trends to support decision-making.
• Analyze customer programs, vehicle volumes, pricing, profitability, and other business drivers.
• Incorporate insights into mid- and long-term business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
• Assess opportunities, risks, and sensitivities through scenario analysis for investments and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Lead complex analyses to provide timely data-driven insights for decision making.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations and Finance.
• Prepare management reports and presentations in English and Korean.
