Job summary

Parachute Home in Los Angeles seeks an Inventory Planning Manager (S&OP) to lead the monthly cadence and reconciliation between demand and supply planning, partnering with the CSCO and finance to optimize inventory health across Retail, B2C and B2B.

This role drives S&OP packs, demand bridge summaries, and action logs, develops targets by SKU, and coordinates cross-functional input to guide executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in inventory planning, merchandize planning, supply planning or inventory management within a consumer, retail or e-commerce business.
• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) or Google Sheets proficiency on large data sets.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
• Highly analytical and data-accuracy proficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication to drive cross-functional updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly S&OP cadence end-to-end: calendar, deadlines, and templates.
• Ensure ELT-ready deliverables are complete and reviewed before each cycle.
• Maintain inventory visibility across products and channels (Retail, B2C, B2B).
• Lead inventory reconciliation between demand and supply planning.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Merchandising, Growth, and Production to translate insights into decisions.
